Weekly free mailer to constituents (if partnering with Congress) or bulk rate mailer households (if partnering with nonprofit) with Local Spotlight on community people (kids, elders, normals) who have achieved something special or interesting; interview with a local business owner about their business; interview with a local elected or appointed official about why they serve; interview with someone who works in the community (church, teacher, park ranger, police, DOT, railroad, etc); calendar of events with QR code to submit your event for an upcoming issue; Mom's Corner in the lower right corner of the front side that shows a picture of a local mother as submitted by her family , above a 142 character prompt: The best thing about my Mom is...; and a civics lesson in the middle of the broadsheet; local place (park, library, historic structure, natural feature, etc.).

The majority of content should be community driven through Google forms that elicit short answer and semi-structured interview responses, which can then be filtered through Google Gemini to produce local interest ledes.  Paid staff will fact check and edit content, as warranted.
